  2. How do I make reservation and enjoy special offer?
    • Please make booking directly on our website, or through WhatsApp or by calling us as you will automatically become a HakoZen and enjoy special discounts for next booking. We offer special rates directly to our guests.
  3. What kind of rooms do you have?

  4. What amenities do you provide?
    • We are pleased to offer free Wi-Fi, coffee & tea, mineral water, hot water kettle, hair dryer, laundry bag, tissue packs, large TV with free channels, cloth hangers, hot shower, Daikin AC, towels, floor mat, large luxurious bed with pillows and duvet plus toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo and toothbrush all for you. Spacious living room and pantry/bar at lobby with free hot & cold drinks, snacks are also available for you!
  5. Is it convenient to park near hotel?
    • Yes! You will find many carparks directly in front of hotel. Per hour is only 60 cents under MBJB/MBIP which you can also pay with online app (jomparking or MBJB app). Alternatively, you can purchase carpark coupons from our front desk (subject to availability).
  6. Do you provide iron and board? How about laundry service?
    • Yes! A private space for ironing with iron and board provided for free on each floor. There are Dobi or Laundry shops near the hotel within walking distance or a short drive away.
  7. Is there a deposit upon checking?
    • Yes. A deposit of Rm50 per room will be collected at check in and returned upon check out.
  8. What is check in and out time? Can I check in early and check out later?
    • Sure. Check in from 2 to 11pm and check out by 12 noon please. Early check in or late check out can be requested in advance please, subject to availability. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
  9. Is breakfast included in the room rate?
    • Our affordable room rate does not include breakfast but there are many great local shops offering delicious breakfast within walking distance. Our pantry and bar at lobby provides free fresh coffee, tea, cold/hot water, cookies, and drinks for your quick fix available 24 hours.
  10. Does Room rate include tax and service charges?
    • From Jan 2022 onwards, SST 6% to be added on top of published room rates. Any query, please kindly contact our front desk. Thank you very much.
  11. What are cancellation and refund policy?
    • Payments made are NOT refundable.
